Preventive measures COVID-19

In March, we became the family of the health care providers of the Northern Zone of Barcelona and for three months we lived a very emotional and intense stage as Hotel Salud, which we will always remember.

After having carried out the disinfection process of the building, following the advice of Asepeyo, the Barcelona Hotel Guild, the ICTE (Spanish Institute of Tourist Quality), the ITH (Technical Hotel Institute) and CEHAT (Spanish Confederation of Hotels and Tourist Accommodation) among others, we have reviewed all our service protocols in order to offer them with the maximum guarantees.

Our staff has received specific training on the Covid-19 from Asepeyo.

Various collective protection measures have been taken:

• Reinforce the disinfection of workplaces, common client areas, internal areas and rooms.
• Make available to workers and clients personal disinfection elements as well as relevant information for guests during their stay.
• Reinforce the cleaning and disinfection of lifts, stairs and bathrooms.
• Installation of protective screens where necessary.
• Arrangement of the furniture in common areas to ensure the established safety distances.
• Adaptation of restaurant services to the new standards.

The institutions' recommendations on protocols are followed and will be adapted as these recommendations change.
